What is it about?

Starts off as a pretty typical ecchi, however, further in the story the characters start to develop really well - especially with Haruma and the class prez. Chitose can be pretty infuriating at times but she has plenty of redeeming qualities to make up for it. Pretty good story with a nice love triangle.

Pretty cute series. Haruma is a fairly average shonen protagonist, not overly perverted but attracted to Chitose and somewhat clueless. Chitose, however, is a near compulsive exhibitionist (one of the first things we see her do is masturbate on the roof of the school) and utter pervert -- and Haruma is the only one that really knows. (Although Sayuri, the stripper that lives in the same building, seems to know as well.) All in all it's a cute setup with the genders a bit reversed -- clueless guy, perverted girl.
